Warren Williams
Chief Financial Officer
Warren Williams serves as Chief Financial Officer of US Fiduciary, Inc. Prior to joining USF, he served as CFO of Willbros Group, Inc., a publicly held company (NYSE), for six years; during his tenure, the company’s revenues grew from $177 million to $780 million. At the same time, he coordinated the expansion and upgrade of the finance, accounting, IT and administrative groups to support this rapid growth on four continents.
He has also served as a former Big 4 Partner while at Ernst & Young in the Entrepreneurial Services Group, where he gained extensive experience in financial analysis, due diligence, banking arrangements, debt/equity infusions, and public registrations.
Warren has led successful efforts in secondary public offerings, convertible debt offerings, and securing senior revolver debt with bank syndicates. He has also been involved in the developed a detailed financial models which enable management to more accurately forecast the operating results and anticipate their working capital requirements. He has assisted in the negotiations of definitive merger agreements and coordination of the due diligence on an acquisitions which significantly increased the revenues of the various companies he was employed with, which moved some of them into new international markets.
Warren received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant.
