Our History

U.S. Fiduciary, Inc. (“USF”) was founded in 2003 through the merger and integration of four related investment firms.

The purchase of Vista Analytics and West Hills Institutional brought highly successful research arms and comprehensive separately managed account and mutual fund wrap platforms to serve as the firm’s cornerstone. The purchase of Post Oak Capital Advisors and West Hills Asset Management brought together two high-end investment consulting firms and an independent broker-dealer, serving the investment needs of endowments, foundations, retirement plans, and wealthy families and individuals.

The resulting company is an integrated financial services boutique and broker-dealer providing independent advisors with innovative investment solutions, financial education and training, and other key support services. Its unique resources are designed to help advisors best serve their clients and successfully grow and manage their practices.
