US Fiduciary's Technology Department will support you in all of your technological needs from network design to phone support.

With regard to Network Design and Implementation, we will work with your local ISP to provide you a fast, secure and reliable local network at your office. The network will also include a firewall, wireless access points, print servers, printer configuration and multi-function printer configuration. A contact management system will be available to you as well, including migration from your current system.

Our Helpdesk will use a WebEx Support tool to assist you with your PC. You will be provided with the latest Enterprise Symantec Anti-Virus software and high level support on Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, XP and Vista.

E-mail Hosting will be provided through Microsoft Exchange mailboxes, where you may choose to use your domain or ours. The US Fiduciary Technology helpdesk will also handle all server maintenance, management, data backups and compliance requirements. Your email will be accessible with Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007.

Other technology support will include Blackberry/Smart Phone Support. This will allow you to use either a Windows Mobile 5+ or Blackberry device to connect to your email, calendar, tasks and contacts at all times. We will also provide local network file storage for your office; this feature requires a local server at your office.

We can also host your Public Website and can provide a reduced rate for website development with our internal staff. Remote Connectivity will also allow you to have access to all files, emails and back office programs available on our Microsoft Terminal Servers from anywhere in the world, requiring only an internet connection.
