Ray Miller is Senior Vice President and Divisional Officer for US Fiduciary and heads up the US Fiduciary Consulting Team. He serves as manager for all US Fiduciary advisors, focusing on the ability to provide outstanding client services.

Ray began his career in the financial services industry as an Account Executive with Paine Webber in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1979. From 1982 to 1986, he held Regional Marketing positions with Paine Webber for the Midwest and Boston Financial Technology Group for the West Coast. In 1986, he joined Bateman Eichler as a Branch Manager in their Ventura, California office. His focus on financial planning resulted in attaining the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1987.

From 1988 through 1993, he served as the West Coast Training Center Manager and the Manhattan Divisional Training Officer for Shearson Lehman Hutton, helping to create and deliver the firm's Advanced Business Development Programs. During that time, he also served on the NYSE committee to write and approve questions for the Series 7 exam.

In 1994 at Smith Barney (previously known as Shearson Lehman Hutton), he became the Associate Manager of 33 Whitehall in New York, followed by positions as the Branch Manger in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Austin, Texas. His tenure at Smith Barney lasted for 19 years, as Shearson Lehman Hutton evolved through myriad mergers.

Ray has a strong belief in the value of financial education, and he has previously served as Vice-Chair of Development for the Central Texas Junior Achievement organization in Austin, Texas.
