Tracey Kramer

Director

Human Resources

Tracey joined US Fiduciary in 2005 and is responsible for Human Resources, Payroll and Facilities Management.  Tracey assists all team members and advisors with their Human Resources needs.  In addition, Tracey coordinates all the volunteer activities for the team members.  In 2006, we provided assistance to a displaced family from the hurricane; in 2007, we worked at End Hunger and in the summer of 2008, we volunteered at Camp for All in Burton, Texas.  This is part of our core values that we believe everyone must give back!   

Prior to joining USF, she was the Human Resources Manager for Global Healthcare Alliance/CardioVascular Care Providers, Inc. for almost 10 years.  Prior to that, she held administrative positions at The Methodist Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital. 

Tracey received her Human Resources Management Certification in 2002 and is currently completing her BBA.  She is a member of HRHouston and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).   

Tracey resides in Richmond, Texas with her two children.
