Other optional insurance is available through Ceridian, such as additional life, short-term disability, and various health (cancer/cardio) policies. The optional benefits will be paid directly from the employees' paychecks using pre-tax dollars.
As an advisor (1099), you and your family are eligible to participate in our health, dental and life insurance plans. You will be billed only for these direct costs at the end of each quarter in arrears. This provides you the opportunity to participate in a group plan with competitive rates and rich benefits. Under most circumstances, the rates US Fiduciary provides are superior to rates that you may have access to on individual policies.
There is also an Employee Assistant Program (EAP) that is available in a confidential manner through Mutual of Omaha for you and your staff in order to assist in mental health matters. Finally, Human Resources will be available to assist you in the COBRA insurance option if necessary.
US Fiduciary will handle all payroll processing for your staff and will provide a W2 at the end of the year to each employee. All administration will be provided without any additional administrative fees; however, you are responsible for direct costs.
Other Human Resources services include the following: annual performance reports, employee relations, conflict resolution, EEOC/DoL/OSHA/Workers Comp/FMLA Regulations and Texas Workforce Commission Reports.
