Steven J. Graubart

Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer

Steven is the founder, Chairman and CEO of US Fiduciary, Inc, where he has been employed since 2003. Prior to US Fiduciary, Steven held numerous roles in the portfolio companies of Sterling Partners, a private equity firm. Among the roles at Sterling, Steven was CEO of Superior Learning Systems, LLC ("SLS"), the largest franchisee of Sylvan Learning Centers, with 32 centers domestically, and the developer of the master franchise in the U.K. and France.

Prior to SLS, Steven led acquisitions and business development for Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc. for two-years. Prior to Sylvan, and still under the Sterling Partners family of companies, Steven co-founded Tango Communications in 1996, a consolidation of dating services, where they generated a 5x return in a 13-month period. Prior to Tango and business school from '94-'96, he traded energy futures and options on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange and was in the corporate barter business.

Steven is a member of the Houston Chapter of Young Presidents' Organization and is on the Board of KIPP Academy. He earned a BBA from the University of Colorado, in Entrepreneurship and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He currently holds his Series 7, 24 and 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Steven and his wife reside in Houston, Texas. They have three young children.
