Ann is a highly skilled and versatile professional with over 25 years of comprehensive analytic and strategic planning experience in financial services organizations. Consistently recognized as both a team player and leader with strong communication skills and the ability to support and maintain effective relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Ann has been highly effective supporting senior management in the development of strategic and tactical plans and has demonstrated expertise in leading the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. She has a successful record of introducing and implementing technology in a variety of settings, which improved processes and increased efficiencies. She has been at Stockcross Financial Services, Inc. (formerly Fiserv Investor Services, Inc.) since 2000. She was previously with Everen/First Union Securities, Inc. for eight years and Lovett Underwood Neuhaus and Webb, Inc. for ten years. She holds her FINRA Series 27 (Fin-op) license.
